aerde is a small neighborhood restaurant focused on the flavors of our local forests and fields, located in Berlin Kreuzberg. Strongly connected to the region Berlin/Brandenburg we offer a seasonal à la carte menu composed of smaller dishes to share. We pay highest attention to sourcing our ingredients from local producers, farmers and hunters. We preserve and forage our own produce partly in our restaurant and in collaboration with our producers. Fermentation plays a vital role in our philosophy.

Our beverage list consists of a composition of natural and low intervention but also classic wines as well as a wide variety of homemade alcohol free options.
